Each month, individual warehouses send updated inventory spreadsheets that need to be reconciled against the company's internal master inventory records. Manual Reconciliation Was Draining Time and Creating Risk

Every month, a team member would sit down with the warehouse spreadsheets and the master inventory file and go through them line by line, manually hunting for mismatches in quantities, container numbers, and product details across potentially hundreds of rows of data spread across multiple warehouse locations.

The spreadsheet is organized into a few key tabs: one for the master inventory, one per warehouse, and a Master Summary tab that does all the heavy lifting automatically.

Instead of scanning every single row, the team now sees only the discrepancies that need attention. The tool also highlights containers that appear more than once, making split-quantity situations immediately obvious rather than a hidden source of confusion.
